Very disappointing. The picture shows something on the cord which looks like the volume control on the previous headsets I bought, but this headset had no volume control. I had previously purchased a few headsets, all of which came with volume control. I used the same link to order this headset. I bought it as a gift for a friend and now she has trouble hearing with the headset and cannot turn up the volume.
The sound quality couldn't be better. If you hold it too far away it results in a muffled or far away voice to the party you are speaking to. This product is wonderful. The microphone has to be touching your lips slightly to pick up your voice.
My problem is it is a bit large for my head. This product works very well. However that is also a problem I have with any women's hats so it may not be a problem for you.
I'll just pony up the big bucks and get a headset with a quality mic. Muffled, faint. Head set was very light, comfortable, good sound, I was so pleased with the first couple of calls I made until I started asking those whom I was calling how I sounded. POOR. I guess it was too good to be true and you get what you pay for.
IT BOOST THE SOUND UPIN ORDER FOR ME TO HEAR EVEN THOU MY VOLUME ON MY HEARING AID MAYBE WEAK.ALSO BEING HANDS FREE I CAN CONDUCT OTHER TASK SUCH AS WRITING THIS REVIEWAND WAITING FOR A BANK TO CONNECT ME TO A REP OR WHATEVER I CHOSE TO DO ATTHE MOMENT WHEN I AM ON HOLD WITH OTHER COMPANIES. ALSO I REALY WORKS. I AM USING THE HEAD SET AT THE PRESENT MOMENT AS I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW.BEING HARD OF HEARING I FIND THIS HEAD SET PERFECT. ALL I CAN SAY IT IS GREAT HAVING MY HAND FREE TO DO WHATEVER I CHOSE.
